Discussion on the theoretical origin of traditional Chinese medicine based on traditional Chinese medicine inward observation and examination
The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)inward observation and examination is a newly-developing science integrated with Qigong and is a very important part of TCM.With the help of relevant historical documents,this paper demonstrates the important role of the TCM inward observation and examination in the emergence of TCM theory,and compares it with the experience accumulation that medicine originated from witchcraft,medicine originated from philosophy and labor practice,so as to explain the rationality of the TCM inward observation and examination theory.This paper also lists the modern practice of the TCM inward observation and examination,and makes a textual research on the TCM inward observation and examination,and explains its feasibility.The authors think that the ancients obtained the operation law of human life and nature through the TCM inward observation and examination,which promoted the emergence of TCM theory and is an important factor in the origin of TCM theory.This provides a new research direction and empirical means for the origin of TCM theory,which can promote its inheritance and innovation with the underlying logic of TCM.
