摘要
基于"先攻其邪,因证施补"理论探讨肾间质纤维化的中医病因、病机和治法方药.认为肾间质纤维化属正虚邪实,病变日久脏腑虚衰,导致湿、浊、瘀、毒等互结,形成邪实内盛、正邪相争、邪盛正衰的复杂病机,病位主在肾脏,常累及肺脏.基于"先攻其邪,因证施补"的中医理论,治疗上当以攻邪克敌为关键,结合慢性疾病的病机转变,辨证给予扶正固本之法,为肾间质纤维化的中医辨证论治提供新思路,以期为临床治疗提供可行性治疗方法.
Abstract
This paper discussed the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment methods and prescriptions of renal interstitial fibrosis based on the theory of'dispelling pathogen first,and tonifying according to syndrome differentiation'.It is believed that renal interstitial fibrosis caused by the accumulated pathogenic dampness,static turbidity,blood stasis,toxin,etc.,forming a complex pathogenesis of excess of pathogen,competition between pathogenic qi and healthy qi,and exuberance of pathogen and lack of healthy qi.The disease main location is in the kidney,often involving the lungs.Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine that'dispelling pathogen first,and tonifying according to syndrome differentiation',the key is to attack pathogen and defeat the enemy.The treatment is essencial to dispelling pathogen.Combined with the transformation of the pathogenesis of chronic diseases,the method of strengthening the body resistance and root protection is given based on syndrome differentiation,which provides a new idea for the treatment and syndrome differentiation of renal interstitial fibrosis in traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide feasible treatment methods for clinical treatment.
