基于五行学说论治冠状动脉微循环障碍

摘要
基于五行学说探讨五脏之间生克乘侮关系失当与发生冠状动脉微循环障碍的内在联系,提出肝木生心火、心火生脾土、肺金侮心火、肾水乘心火是冠状动脉微循环障碍发生的具体病机.论治时从五行学说角度结合五脏之间关系特点,灵活运用通活心血、心脾同调、化痰泻肺、温阳降逆等治法,同时调畅心脉孙络气血,恢复冠状动脉微循环交通有序,以求标本同治.
Abstract
The five elements theory discusses the inappropriate relationship between the five organs as an inherent cause of coronary microvascular dysfunction(CMD).It is proposed that illness of liver wood mother viscera affecing the child one,illness of spleen earth child viscera affecting mother one,lung gold insulting heart fire,kidney water multiplying heart fire are the specific pathogenesis of CMD.The treatment is based on the theory of five elements and the relationship between the five organs,with flexible use of treatment methods such as resolving blood stasis and activating blood circulation,tonifying the heart and spleen,resolving phlegm and dipping the lung,warming the yang and lowering the rebellion,etc.,while regulating the blood and qi in the minute collaterals of the heart and restoring orderly microcirculatory traffic in the coronary arteries,in order to treat both the symptoms and the root cause.
