中医临床思想试验特征及其与科学思想实验的差异分析

摘要
中医临床思想试验是在医生意向指引下将意力作用于意象,并最终形成意果的一个逻辑演绎思维过程,其兼有中医原创意象思维与哲学思想实验的特点.文章对中医临床思想试验的思维过程进行梳理,论述了其先验性、整体性、动态性的特点,并以试验的视角对其与科学思想实验的差异作以分析,从医意、意象的运用、意果的验证性、个体化四个方面作区分.中医临床思想试验对于中医临床思维的研究及中医诊疗模式的优化有一定参考价值.
Abstract
The experiment based on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinic thoughts refers to a logic deduction process of doctors who intentionally use their own experience and TCM theories(the'willpower')to collect and analyze the information of a disease(the'imagery')so as to obtain their own conclusions,that is,making a diagnosis and prescribing for the patient(the'effort of thinking').It possesses the characteristics of original imagery thinking of TCM and the philosophical thought experiment.This study sorted out the thinking process involved in it,and discussed its transcendental,holistic and dynamic characteristics,then we analyzed the differences of experiments based on TCM thoughts with those based on modern scientific thoughts from:Intention of individuals,the use of imagery,the verifiability of intentional results,and individualization.The experiments based on TCM clinic thoughts have significance in studying TCM clinical thinking and optimizing TCM diagnosis and treatment mode.
