Exploration of the pathogenesis evolution of rheumatoid arthritis complicated with sarcopenia based on'ying-wei disharmony'
Sarcopenia is a common complication of rheumatoid arthritis and a prodromal risk factor for bone destruction,which accelerates physical disability and increases the risk of death.Sarcopenia belongs to the category of'flaccidity syndrome',and'arthralgia flaccidity'is often seen in clinic.Huangdi Neijing points out that the imbalance between ying and wei is an important pathogenesis of arthralgia syndrome and flaccidity syndrome.Professor JIANG Ping has a significant effect in treating rheumatoid arthritis with sarcopenia by taking the'disharmony between ying and wei'as the guideline.This paper attempts to put forward the pathogenesis development stage of'ying-wei disharmony,muscle paralysis gradually impotence','ying wei line astringent,spleen paralysis muscle disharmony'and'ying-wei damage,muscle impotence bone dry'from the perspective of ying-wei disharmony,and discusses the pathogenesis development and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis complicated with sarcopenia,in order to provide ideas and methods for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
