摘要
津液是人体的物质基础之一,现有学术讨论多以津液输布失常与津液不足的病变特性而辨治诸证,对病理状态下的津液功能发挥较为忽视."津能浮邪"是津液在病理状态下的功能发挥,该词虽至清代周澄之才明确道出,然其机与用自《黄帝内经》便已言明.文章基于气、津、血关系,试论其机与途;依"阴阳自和"之理、顺势祛邪之法,浅谈诸家之用.以期为临床去疾除疴提供新思路与方法.
Abstract
Fluid is one of the basic substances of the human body.Existing academic discussions mostly use the lesion characteristics of abnormal and insufficient fluid infusion to identify and treat diseases.The function of fluids in the pathological state is neglected.Although the term'fluid can dispel evil influence'was the function of body fluid in pathological state and stated only in the Qing dynasty by ZHOU Chengzhi,its mechanism and application have been around since Huangdi Neijing.This article is based on the relationship between qi,fluid and blood,trying to discuss its mechanism and ways.Borrowing the principle of self-harmony of yin and yang and the method of obeying the morbid trend to dispel evil influence,it talks about the application of famous doctors.The author expects to provide new ideas and methods for clinical treatment.
