小肠之"火"新解

摘要
小肠者,与心相合,惟小肠之"火"可代心火行令,具有重要的生理作用.但是脾胃论的发展将大肠与小肠功能统归于胃,小肠开始失去其独立性,逐渐被中医体系边缘化.当前中医学对小肠的认识较为局限,更多侧重于小肠之"火"的病理状态,而忽视其所具有的更多的生理作用.文章旨在重新阐述小肠之"火"的内涵,探析其与五脏六腑之间可能存在的联系,以期为未来临床上诊疗疾病提供新的思路.
Abstract
The small intestine is in harmony with the heart,only the'fire'of the small intestine can act on behalf of the heart fire and has an important physiological role.However,the development of spleen and stomach theory has unified the functions of the large and small intestines into the stomach,and the small intestine began to lose its independence and was gradually marginalized by the traditional Chinese medicine system.The current Chinese medical understanding of small intestine is rather limited,focusing more on the pathological state of'fire'of small intestine and ignoring its more physiological roles.The purpose of this paper is to reformulate the connotation of the'fire'of the small intestine and to explore the possible connection between it and the five viscera and six internal organs in order to provide new ideas for the future clinical treatment of diseases.
