国医大师王烈运用补肾培元法治疗儿科疾病稳定期经验

摘要
基于小儿"肾常不足"的生理特性,王烈教授认为小儿在疾病恢复期多呈肾虚状态,将其责之于先天禀赋、他脏所累或久病损肾.故提倡以补肾培元法以扶正固本,以期达到未病先防、瘥后防复之目的.总结王烈教授临证运用补肾培元法治疗儿科疾病稳定期经验,分别在哮喘稳定期用自拟固哮方以补肾培元,抑痰防哮;反复呼吸道感染稳定期用自拟固防饮以补肾培元,固表实卫;抽动障碍稳定期用自拟滋肾散以补肾培元,安脑充髓;过敏性紫癜稳定期用自拟补肾方以补肾培元,扶正固络.
Abstract
Based on the physiological characteristics of'kidney deficiency'in children,professor WANG Lie believes that most children are in a state of kidney deficiency during the recovery period of the disease.Blame it on natrual endowment,other internal organs or long-term illness to damage the kidney.Therefore,the method of tonifying kidney and cultivating yuan is advocated in order to achieve the goal of prevention before disease and prevention after recovery.Professor WANG Lie's clinical experience in treating pediatric diseases with tonifying kidney and cultivating yuan method was summarized.In stable stage of asthma,self-made Guxiao Formula was used to tonify kidney and cultivating yuan to suppress phlegm and prevent wheezing.In stable stage of recurrent respiratory tract infection,self-made Gufang Decoction was used to tonifying kidney and cultivating yuan,and strengthening exterior and replenishing wei.In stable stage of tic disorder,self-made Zishen Powder was used to tonify kidney and cultivating yuan,and calming brain and replenishing marrow.In stable stage of Henoch-Schönlein purpura,self-made Bushen Formula was used to tonifying kidney,cultivating yuan and strengthening vital qi and collaterals.
