基于"固本清源"的"五治"理念治疗胃癌经验

摘要
林洪生教授从事恶性肿瘤的中西医结合防治与康复工作四十余年,总结出"固本清源"的理论思想,形成了"五治五养"的治养体系,在多种恶性肿瘤的临床治疗中取得了良好的疗效.文章通过分析林洪生教授在"固本清源"理论指导下,运用"五治"理念治疗胃癌的经验与疗效,为临床上中医药分阶段规范化治疗胃癌提供依据,以期更好地总结并推广林教授的学术理论和经验.
Abstract
Professor LIN Hongsheng has been engaged in the prevention,treatment and rehabilitation of malignant tumors with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for more than 40 years.She has summarized the theoretical idea of'consolidating body resistance and clearing the source',and formed a'Wuzhi Wuyang'system.A good effect has been achieved in the clinical treatment of many kinds of malignant tumors.This article analyzes the theory and efficacy of professor LIN Hongsheng's experience in treating gastric cancer with the concept of'Wuzhi'under the guidance of the theory of'consolidating body resistance and clearing the source',so as to provide a basis for the clinical standardized treatment of gastric cancer by stages of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to better summarize professor LIN's academic theory and experience.
