摘要
文章总结了陆曙教授临床基于五运六气学说诊治心系疾病的经验.陆曙强调,构建天人合一的临床思维是准确、熟练运用运气学说的前提,诊断疾病时辨天、辨人、辨病证,治疗疾病时司天、司人、司病证,结合运气病机与气化开阖枢变化,使用广义运气方、狭义运气方、运气靶向药、运气对药,活用经方.同时注重"五维辨治""五象合参""五效合一".
Abstract
This paper summarizes professor LU Shu's clinical experience in diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascula disease based on the theory of five movements and six qi.LU Shu stressed that the clinical thinking of constructing the unity of Heaven and man is the premise of accurate and skillful application of the theory of five movements and six qi,and that the diagnosis of diseases is based on the differentiation of nature,man and disease,and the treatment of diseases is based on the differentiation of nature,man and disease,in combination with the etiology and pathogenesis of qi-transporting and the changes of the kai-he-shu,the author uses broad and narrow formula of five movements and six qi,the target drug of five movements and six qi,the pair drug of five movements and six qi,and the flexible prescription of classics.Five dimensions of differentiation and treatment,five respresentations are combined for reference,five effects are integrated.
