SHI Zaixiang's experience on the treatment of stress cardiomyopathy with classical prescription
Stress cardiomyopathy(SC)is an acute cardiac syndrome characterized by typical local ventricular wall motion abnormalities which lead to acute heart failure in the absence of obstructive coronary artery disease.Professor SHI treats SC based on the'double heart theory'of traditional Chinese medicine,puts forward to classify the disease into the category of heart accumulation disease in traditional Chinese medicine.Clinical treatment adheres to the classic prescription,pays attention to emotional factors,and waits for the three elements of qi,blood and water,with remarkable results.The authors selected two typical cases and introduced professor SHI Zaixiang's experience in treating SC with classical prescriptions in this manuscript.
