朱仁康从气血分型论治痤疮经验

摘要
朱仁康先生认为皮肤毛窍直接受营卫之气的温煦濡养,重视气血与皮肤病的密切关系,临床上将痤疮分为气血两燔、气郁血凝、气虚热浮三型论治,据证立法,分别治以清气凉血、行气活血、益气养血,选用凉血清肺饮、化瘀散结丸、八珍汤加减治疗,常使用中成药辅助治疗,以提高疗效.朱老提倡在治疗痤疮时应坚持重视脾胃、循经论治、内外同治的原则.
Abstract
ZHU Renkang believes that the skin is nourished directly by the nutritive qi and defensive qi,emphasizing the close relationship between qi-blood and skin diseases.He classifies acne into three types:flaring heat in qi-blood phase,qi stagnation leading to blood stasis phase,and heat-floating due to qi deficiency phase.Determining treatments based on symptoms,treat with clearing qi and cooling blood,promoting qi and activating blood,and benefiting qi and nourishing blood respectively.The representative prescriptions were Cooling Blood and Clearing Lung Decoction,Dispersing Stasis and Resolving Masses Pills,and Bazhen Decoction.He often use Chinese patent medicine to enhance curative effect.Mr.ZHU also advocates paying more attention to spleen and stomach,diagnosing based on meridians and treating both inside and outside in the treatment of acne.
