从《脾胃论》辨治慢性肾脏病经验

摘要
总结阮诗玮教授对《脾胃论》中脾胃与肾关系的认识,以及《脾胃论》中方药在慢性肾脏病中的运用.通过掌握李东垣主要学术思想进而合理运用李东垣清暑益气汤、升阳益胃汤、益气聪明汤、清胃散,可以对慢性肾脏病的治疗起到满意疗效.文章旨在介绍阮诗玮教授治疗慢性肾脏病的临床经验,探索中医古籍中治疗慢性肾脏病的方法与优势.
Abstract
To summarize professor RUAN Shiwei's understanding of the relationship between spleen and stomach and kidney in the Treatises on Spleen and Stomach,and the application of Chinese medicine in chronic kidney disease.By mastering the main academic thoughts of LI Dongyuan and rationally using LI Dongyuan Qingshu Yiqi Decoction,Shengyang Yiwei Decoction,Yiqi Congming Decoction and Qingwei Powder,the treatment of chronic kidney disease can achieve a satisfactory effect.This article aims to introduce professor RUAN Shiwei's clinical experience in the treatment of chronic kidney disease and explore the methods and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic kidney disease.
