何嘉琳应用膏方治疗卵巢储备功能下降经验

摘要
卵巢储备功能下降是指卵巢产生卵子的数量减少、质量下降、分泌雌激素水平降低,是导致女性月经周期紊乱、生育能力下降的重要原因之一.卵巢储备功能下降发病率呈逐年上升且年轻化趋势.目前,关于卵巢储备功能下降的病因病机尚未完全明确,由于其缺乏特效药物治疗而成为生殖医学界研究难点与热点.中医药治疗具有其独特的优势,可实现标本兼治的目的.何嘉琳教授基于"肾主生殖"理论,认为此病的病机为"肾虚血瘀",并提出用膏方补肾活血填精治疗卵巢储备功能下降,临床疗效显著.
Abstract
Diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)refers to a decrease in the number of oocytes produced by the ovaries,a decrease in the quality of oocytes,and a decrease in the level of estrogen secretion,which is one of the major causes of menstrual cycle disorders and reduced fertility in women.The incidence of DOR is increaing year by year and is getting younger.At present,the etiology and pathogenesis of DOR have not been fully clarified,and the lack of specific drugs for its treatment has become a difficult and trending research topic in reproductive medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment has its unique advantages and can address both the symptoms and root causes.Based on the theory that the kidney governing reproduction,professor HE believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is'kidney deficiency and blood stasis',and proposes to treat DOR with cream formula to tonify the kidney,promote blood circulation and fill essence,with remarkable clinical efficacy.
