Thinking and application of acupuncture method by pulse-taking of both renying and cunkou in pediatric diseases
The pulse-taking on both renying and cunkou acupuncture method in Huangdi Neijing,by distinguishing the deficiency and excess of yin and yang and the pathological changes of the internal organs of the meridians,uses acupuncture to supplement the deficiency and reduce the excess,so as to achieve the role of yin and yang reconciliation,evil elimination,and peace.The author interprets the method and idea of the pulse-taking on both renying and cunkou acupuncture in Huangdi Neijing,and the clinical application of the pulse-taking on both renying and cunkou acupuncture in pediatric common diseases and difficult and critical children.The following aspects deserve our careful consideration:①The specific positioning of the pulse-taking on both renying and cunkou;②The difinition of'sheng';③The judgement of'zao';④Tonicing and diarrheaing in acupuncture when the pulse contrast of both sides is inconsistent;⑤Selecting acupoints during treatment;⑥The reinforcing and reducing techniques and treatment time;⑦The new understanding of contraindication of the renying and cunkou acupuncture.Because the organs of children are light and flexible,the clinical effect of Renying Cunkou pulse acupuncture on pediatric common diseases and difficult and critical children is satisfactory.
