背俞穴临床应用探析

摘要
邵素菊教授是河南邵氏针灸流派代表性传承人,家学渊源,学验俱丰,临床上善用背俞穴治疗各类病证.文章阐释了邵素菊教授关于背俞穴的理论认识,并围绕睡眠障碍、甲状腺功能减退症、神经性耳鸣,结合时代特点和临床验案,探析了其临床选用背俞穴的理论依据、配穴原则、刺灸方法,总结了邵素菊教授应用背俞穴及其配穴调整脏腑阴阳气血的学术特色,进一步丰富和完善邵氏针灸的内涵.
Abstract
Professor SHAO Suju is the head of the SHAOs'acupuncture and moxibustion school in Henan,both learning and experience are abundant,she is good at using the back-shu point to treat various diseases in clinic.This paper explains professor SHAO Suju's theoretical understanding of back-shu point,focusing on sleep disorders,hypothyroidism and nervous tinnitus,combined with the characteristics of the times and clinical experience,the author analyzed the theoretical basis,point matching principle and acupuncture method of clinical selection of back-shu point,summarized the academic characteristics of professor SHAO Suju's application of back-shu point to adjust the yin and yang,qi and blood of zang fu organs,enriching and perfecting the connotation of SHAOs'acupuncture and moxibustion school.
