六经辨治隐源性机化性肺炎探骊

摘要
隐源性机化性肺炎是一种特发性间质性肺炎,其发病机制尚不明确,现代医学对其治疗多采取糖皮质激素干预,疗效并不确切,且易带来不良反应等风险.文章以六经辨证为理论基础,结合隐源性机化性肺炎的脏腑表现与传变规律,以症归经,提出对应理法方药,并列举相关临床验案,为治疗隐源性机化性肺炎提供了一种新的思路.
Abstract
Cryptogenic organizing pneumonia(COP)is a type of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia with uncertain etiology and pathogenesis.The treatment of COP in modern medicine often involves glucocorticoid intervention,which lacks definitive efficacy and poses risks of adverse reactions.This article is based on the theory of syndrome-differentiation of the six meridians and combines the visceral manifestations and transformation laws of COP.By categorizing symptoms according to meridians,corresponding treatment principles and prescriptions are proposed.A clinical case is also cited to provide a new perspective for the treatment of COP.
