中医外科发展的现状及传承创新发展的策略

摘要
文章就中医外科发展缓慢的现状进行剖析,凝练出理论传承创新不足、中医信念动摇、中医手术疗法发展受限、临床成果广泛推广困难、人才梯队断层等制约和阻碍中医外科发展的问题及困惑,提出振兴发展中医外科事业的策略和建议:中医外科学当遵循中医药自身发展规律及特点,秉承传统,立足临床,加强传承创新,发挥中医特色优势,融合现代前沿领域知识及科学技术成果,不断提高临床疗效,提升学术水平,打造专科名科,促进临床成果推广应用,加强人才梯队建设,增强核心竞争力,推动中医外科学术繁荣及高质量可持续发展,不断开创中医外科发展新局面.
Abstract
This article analyzes the current situation of the slow development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)surgery,condensed the problems and confusions that restrict and hinder the development of TCM surgery,such as insufficient theoretical inheritance and innovation,wavering beliefs in TCM,limited development of surgical therapy,difficulties in widespread promotion of clinical results,and chasm in the talent echelon,and putted forward some constructive strategies and suggestions on revitalizing and developing of TCM surgery,TCM surgery should follow the laws and characteristics of TCM's own development,uphold the tradition,base the clinical status,strengthen the inheritance and innovation of theory,give full play to the advantages of TCM,integrate knowledge and scientific and technological achievements in modern frontier fields,continuously improve clinical efficacy and academic level,create professional and famous disciplines,promote the promotion and application of clinical results,strengthen the construction of talent echelon,enhance core competitiveness,promote the academic prosperity and high-quality sustainable development of TCM surgery,constantly create a new situation for the development of traditional Chinese medicine surgery.
