构建中医智能诊断的标准化评价方法思路探讨

摘要
中医智能诊断相关研究已取得较大成果,但标准化评价方法的缺乏导致其临床应用局限,中医智能诊断的标准化评价方法亟需探讨.本研究结合中医智能诊断的应用现状,针对其标准化评价方法缺乏的问题,提出中医智能诊断标准化测试方法,并详述测试流程.该测试的思想核心是在传统中医医师和中医智能诊断设备的诊断测试对比过程中添加约束条件,通过科学规范的人机对比实验来客观量化中医医师和中医智能诊断的性能,以验证中医智能诊断的可行性,为中医智能诊断的临床推广应用和优化升级提供参考依据.
Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)intelligent diagnosis has achieved great results,but the lack of standardized evaluation method has led to the limitation of its clinical application.The standardized evaluation method of TCM intelligent diagnosis needs to be discussed urgently.This study combined with the application status of intelligent diagnosis of TCM,aiming at the lack of standardized evaluation methods,proposed the traditional Chinese medicine intelligent diagnosis standardized test and detailed the testing process.The core idea of this test is to add constraint conditions to the diagnostic test comparison process between TCM physicians and TCM intelligent diagnosis equipment,and objectively quantify the performance of TCM physicians and TCM intelligent diagnosis through scientific and standardized man-machine comparison experiment,so as to verify the feasibility of TCM intelligent diagnosis and provide reference for the clinical popularization,application,optimization and upgrading of TCM intelligent diagnosis.
