蛆虫清创术应用现状和未来发展的思考

摘要
清创是创面修复不可或缺的关键步骤,也是临床的难点.蛆虫自古以来便用于清创,蛆虫清创术具有无创伤、清创充分和无出血等优势.近年来耐药菌、慢性难愈性溃疡发病率均呈上升趋势,促使医疗工作者再次重视古老的蛆虫清创术.文章针对已有的相关研究,系统性整理蛆虫清创术优势及现存困境,推测未来进展,以期为促进蛆虫清创术临床应用及开拓中医药思路提供借鉴.
Abstract
Debridement is an indispensable key step in wound repair and also a clinical difficulty.Maggots have been used for debridement since ancient times.Maggot debridement has the advantages of no trauma,full debridement and no bleeding.In recent years,the incidence rate of drug-resistant bacteria and chronic refractory ulcers has been on the rise,prompting medical workers to pay attention to the ancient maggot debridement again.The purpose of this paper is to systematically sort out the advantages and existing difficulties of maggot debridement and speculate on the future progress based on the existing relevant research,so as to provide reference for promoting the clinical application of maggot debridement and opening up the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine.
