Current status,problems and prospects of Chinese medicine clinical case reports
Clinical case specification in Chinese medicine is the main form of documentation of clinical practice in Chinese medicine,and is also the connecting point between theories of Chinese medicine,human experience and clinical trials.However,the medical records of traditional Chinese medicine practitioners in the past often give readers the impression of'subjective feelings'and'fragmented experiences',which not only require huge human and material resources to sort out,but also tend to produce biases that do not correspond to academic experiences.According to the current status of Chinese medicine clinical case report,this paper focuses on the contradiction between the current Chinese medicine clinical case and the modernization development of Chinese medicine,analyzes the current Chinese medicine clinical case that there is a failure to balance between normality,compatibility and diversity,and the application of clinical evidence of Chinese medicine case and the evaluation system of efficacy is not perfect,points out that the normality of the Chinese medicine clinical case is an important gateway to break through the bottleneck and puts forward feasible solutions,and expects this paper can provide paths and references for the Chinese medicine clinical case that contributes to the wisdom for the health of human beings.
