摘要
基于天人相应思想之"八虚"理论,文章从腋的内涵、腋与肝的关系、邪客于肝可引起枢机形态和功能的改变、肝的病证以及肝有邪的治疗5个方面,探究了"肝有邪,其气留于两腋"的理论基础,并且较为完整地阐述了肝之邪客的望、闻、问、切"的诊断方法和治疗方向,为临床调治"五脏肝有邪"提供从诊断到治疗的新思路新角度.
Abstract
Based on the'Ba Xu'theory of the corresponding thought of heaven and mankind,this paper explores the theoretical basis of'liver has evil,qi stays in the two axils'from five aspects:the connotation of axillary,the relationship between axillary and liver,the change of cardinal shape and function caused by pathogenic factors in liver,the disease syndrom of liver and the treatment of pathogenic factors in liver.Moreover,the diagnosis and treatment direction of'look,listen,question and feel the pulse'of the pathogenic factor guest of the liver are explained completely,which provides a new way of thinking from diagnosis to treatment for the clinical treatment of'liver pathogenic factor'.
