取象比类思维与中医学"悟性"培养

中医的学习和应用讲求"悟性"思维,"医者意也"是中医习惯用语并被普遍接受和应用.但中医为何讲求"悟性"?取象比类思维作为源于《周易》并深刻影响中医理论及临床发展的思维模式,以其以象取象感悟性思维特性、引导式思维特性、互相关联的相似性思维及基于经验的体悟性思维特性,影响着中医学整体观念和辨证论治特色的形成及对其理解,是"医者意也"的"悟性"思维产生的基础,同时这一思维模式为中医悟性培养提供了强化知识积累和临床经验两种途径,指导中医药的学习和研究.充分认识并掌握取象比类思维有助于从思维模式上扭转当前中医思维西化现象,推动中医药的体悟升华和传承发展.
The study and application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)emphasizes'understanding'thinking,and'doctors need subjective perception'is an idiom of TCM which is widely accepted and applied.But why does Chinese medicine focus on'understanding'?As than'image and analogy'is the result of the Zhouyi,deeply influenced the development of TCM theory and clinical thinking mode,with its'image and analogy'thinking character,heuristic thinking characteristics,similarity thinking and interrelated experiential thinking features,on the basis of experience affects the TCM holism and treatment based on syndrome differentiation characteristics of formation and the understanding.It is the basis of the'understanding'thinking of'doctors need subjective perception',and this thinking mode provides two ways to strengthen the accumulation of knowledge and clinical experience for the cultivation of understanding of TCM,and guides the study and research of TCM.It is helpful to reverse the westernization of TCM thinking from the perspective of thinking mode and promote the sublimation and inheritance of TCM.
