针灸调节小胶质细胞对缺氧诱导认知障碍的作用研究

摘要
认知障碍作为威胁人类健康的重要疾病之一,可由多种因素导致.目前针对慢性阻塞性肺疾病、阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征等疾病诱发患者发生认知障碍的病机尚不明确,现有研究显示慢性缺氧作为其重要的病理生理特征可通过激活小胶质细胞引起神经炎症,释放炎性因子从而引起中枢神经系统损伤,导致认知障碍.另有研究发现通过针灸调控小胶质细胞,可有效改善认知功能损伤.本研究从针灸调节小胶质细胞对缺氧诱导认知障碍的作用着手,望从小胶质细胞角度探讨,为针灸治疗认知障碍提供新思路.
Abstract
As one of the important diseases threatening human health,cognitive impairment can be caused by many factors.At present,the pathogenesis of cognitive impairment in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and other anoxic diseases is not clear.Existing studies have showed that chronic hypoxia,as an important pathophysiological feature,can cause neuroinflammation by activating microglia,release inflammatory factors,and cause damage to the central nervous system,leading to cognitive impairment.Other studies have found that regulating microglia through acupuncture and moxibustion can effectively improve cognitive impairment.This study explores the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on hypoxia induced cognitive impairment from the perspective of regulating microglia,hoping to provide new ideas for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of cognitive impairment.
