基于中西医临床病证特点的高尿酸血症动物模型分析

文章基于高尿酸血症的中西医病因病机和临床病证特点,整理总结出高尿酸血症中医辨证分型,设立高尿酸血症的动物模型评价标准,对现有造模方法进行优缺点评价和临床吻合度分析.发现目前的造模方法虽作用原理和途径不尽相同,但基本属于药物诱导型.而基因敲除法建立的自发性高尿酸血症,与人的高尿酸血症发病机制吻合度较高,但造模条件极其严格,国内研究较少.此外,这两种类型的模型均缺乏中医证型和辨证理论思想,因此建立完善的高尿酸血症动物模型中西医评价标准,提高模型临床吻合度,将为高尿酸血症建模提供新思路.
Analysis of animal model of hyperuricemia based on clinical characteristics of traditional Chinese and Western medicine
Based on the pathogenesis and clinical features of hyperuricemia in traditional Chinese and Western medicine,this paper summarized the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and classification of hyperuricemia,established the evaluation criteria for hyperuricemia animal models,and evaluated the advantages and disadvantages of existing modeling methods and analyzed the clinical anastomosis.It was found that although the current modeling methods have different principles and pathways of action,they are basically drug induced.The spontaneous hyperuricemia established by gene knockout method has a high degree of coincidence with the pathogenesis of human hyperuricemia,but the conditions for modeling are extremely strict,and there are few domestic studies.In addition,both types of models lack traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types and syndrome differentiation theory.Therefore,establishing a comprehensive evaluation standard for traditional Chinese and Western medicine in animal models of hyperuricemia and improving the clinical consistency of the models,will provide new ideas for modeling hyperuricemia.
