Spearman and GRA method combined with entropy method to analyze the material basis of antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects of Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid
Objective:To study the material basis of antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects of Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid.Methods:The inhibitory effect of Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid on inflammatory cytokines in rats induced by lipopolysaccharide inflammation was investigated by pharmacodynamic experiment in vivo.UPLC-Q-Exactive-Orbitrap-MS fingerprint quantitative data and comprehensive pharmacodynamic data of 49 batches of Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid samples were collected.Spearman rank correlation coefficient analysis(SCC)and gray relational analysis(GRA)were used to analyze the antipyretic and anti-inflammatory substances of Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid comprehensively.Results:The UPLC-Q-Exactive-Orbitrap-MS method was established for the detect prototype components of Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid,and 69 chemical components were quantitatively characterized.In vivo pharmacodynamic experiments showed that Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid from different manufacturers could inhibit IL-6,IL-1β and TNF-α in different degrees.The comprehensive efficacy index value was calculated by the entropy method.According to the characteristics of sample data,29 antipyretic and anti-inflammatory active components in Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid were analyzed by SCC and GRA methods.Conclusion:The study preliminically reveales the key quality marker of Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid for its antifebriosis and anti-inflammatory effects,which provides technical support for the secondary development and quality evaluation of Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid.
