摘要
冠心病伴焦虑抑郁的高发病率已成为冠心病发生发展的重要危险因素之一.对冠心病和焦虑抑郁状态的研究发现,两者在病理功能和机制方面存在相互影响.文章从西医双心医学和中医病证结合的角度出发探讨冠心病与焦虑抑郁之间的联系,并通过梳理和总结中医药治疗冠心病焦虑抑郁状态在病证结合方面的特色及优势,进一步讨论其临床分型及中医药干预研究,以期为临床上中医药治疗冠心病焦虑抑郁状态提供参考价值.
Abstract
The high morbidity of anxiety and depression in patients with coronary heart disease has become one of the important risk factors for the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease.Studies on coronary heart disease and anxiety and depression have found that they interact in pathological function and mechanism.This article discusses the relationship between coronary heart disease and anxiety and depression from the perspective of psycho-cardiology of western medicine and combination of disease and syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,and further discusses its clinical classification and research on intervention of Chinese medicine by combing and summarizing the characteristics and advantages of the combination of disease and syndrome in the treatment of anxiety and depression state in coronary heart disease,in order to provide reference value for the clinical treatment of anxiety and depression in coronary heart disease with traditional Chinese medicine.
