摘要
《傅青主女科·种子》共10篇,专论女性不孕症,通过特有的症状来判断不孕的类型并加以诊治."胸满不思食不孕""胸满少食不孕"均通过胸满和饮食情况来论述疾病的病因病机,"不思食"与"少食"虽仅有细微症状的不同,但其病位、伴随症状、辨证思路、治疗方法却大不相同.文章探析傅山鉴别相似症状的思路和方法,论述傅山在"胸满不思食不孕""胸满少食不孕"的学术思想和治疗原则,以期更精准地通过中医方法总结和治疗不孕症,为临床诊疗女性不孕症提供辨证思路.
Abstract
There are 10 articles in FU Qingzhu Nvke·Zhongzi,which focus on female infertility,which determine the type of infertility through specific symptoms and provide diagnosis and treatment.'Infertility with full of stuffy chest and loss of appetite'and'infertility with full of stuffy chest and eat less'discuss the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease through chest fullness and diet.Although'not wanting to eat'and'eating less'have only different subtle symptoms,it differ greatly in their location,accompanying symptoms,dialectical thinking,and treatment methods.This article explores FU Shan's ideas and methods for identifying similar symptoms,and discusses FU Shan's academic thinking and treatment principles in'infertility with full of stuffy chest and loss of appetite'and'infertility with full of stuffy chest and eat less',in order to more accurately summarize and treat infertility through traditional Chinese medicine methods,and provide dialectical thinking for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of female infertility.
