摘要

癌毒理论与络病理论是当前中医肿瘤学界对恶性肿瘤病机的两大主流认识,癌毒与病络二者关系及其对辨治的要求需要进一步深入探讨.文章围绕病络是肿瘤发生的病位、络脉瘀阻是癌毒形成的重要因机、络脉的结构功能病变及癌毒的辨析、化瘀解毒通络辨治肿瘤等方面阐述络瘀生癌毒与恶性肿瘤的关系,以"象思维"模式讨论中医经典理论与现代化肿瘤研究成果的一致性,旨在完善络瘀生癌毒与恶性肿瘤辨治的理论体系.

Abstract

Cancer toxin theory and collateral disease theory are the two mainstream understandings of the pathogenesis of malignant tumors in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)oncology,the relationship between cancer toxin and collateral disease and its requirements for differentiation and treatment need to be further discussed.This paper focuses on the relationship between collateral stasis generating cancer toxin and malignant tumor from the aspects of disease collateral being the location of tumor occurrence,collateral stasis being an important mechanism for the formation of cancer toxin,the structural and functional lesions of collaterals and the discrimination of cancer toxin,and the differentiation and treatment of tumor by removing blood stasis,detoxification and dredging collaterals.Consistency between the classical theory of TCM and the latest achievement in oncology is discussed using the mode of'image thinking',aiming to further improve the theoretical system of collateral stasis generating cancer toxin and malignant tumor differentiation and treatment.
