Clinical study of Qufeng Zhidong Patch in the treatment of mild tic disorder
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qufeng Zhidong Patch in the treatment of mild tic disorder(TD).Methods:A total of 108 cases of mild TD patients were randomly divided into Qufeng Zhidong Patch group and simulated patch group,54 cases in each group. All the patients were given behavioral intervention and psychological counseling as the basic treatment. On this basis,Qufeng Zhidong Patch group was added with Qufeng Zhidong Patch, and simulation patch group was added with blank simulation patch. The treatment course of each group was 12 weeks. The clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were evaluated. Results:The total clinical effective rate of Qufeng Zhidong Patch group and simulated patch group were 92.16%(47/51)and 44.90%(22/49),respectively,and the Qufeng Zhidong Patch group was significantly higher than the simulated patch group(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment, the TCM syndrome score of Qufeng Zhidong Patch group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the TCM syndrome score of Qufeng Zhidong Patch group was significantly lower than that of simulated patch group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qufeng Zhidong Patch is effective in the treatment of mild TD,and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and TCM syndromes of patients.
