从五行配属探析中医学"阳明"的时空双重意涵

摘要
三阴三阳学说是中医学对阴阳理论的进一步发挥."阳明"作为三阳之一,除了表达阳气的状态,还有着丰富的内涵及时空的双重属性."阳明"之于五行,应"土"亦系"金".借助"阳明"阐释不同医理时,"阳明"五行所属不同."阳明"不同的五行配属与其本意及其时空双重性之间存在着天然的密切联系.在时,"阳明"与"金"性相合,应秋之燥气.在空,"阳明"居于"中"位,代表着人体内、外的门户,也是气于天地的交接之处."阳明"通过脏腑与五行相系,又由其自身,重新建立了脏腑与五行之间新的配属关系."阳明"在其时空的双重意涵下,在与五行构建联系的同时,更是回归了自身"居中'的本然之义.
Abstract
The theory of three yin and three yang is a further propulsion of the theory of yin and yang in traditional Chinese medicine.As one of the three yang,'Yangming'not only expresses the state of yang qi,but also has dual attributes of time and space.'Yangming'refers to earth and gold in five elements.The phenomenon which Yangming belonging to different five elements caused by explaining the medical theory at different dimension.There is a natural and close relationship between the different five elements and original meaning and their spatiotemporal duality.For aspect of time,the combination of'Yangming'and'gold'corresponds to the nature of dryness in autumn.For aspect of space,'Yangming'occupies the position of middle,representing the gateway between the inside and outside of the human body,and as the intersection of qi between heaven and earth.'Yangming'establishes a new relation between organs and five elements through itself from the connection between organs and five elements originally.Under the dual meaning of time and space,'Yangming'not only constructs the connections with five elements,but also returns to its inherent meaning of'being in the center'.
