摘要
文章从瞑眩反应的概念人手,同时结合中医正邪斗争的理论,分别从机体状态、疾病本身以及治疗方法3个角度来分析探讨瞑眩反应的内在机理.并以此为基础,进一步通过对瞑眩反应的判断、鉴别、处理、宣教等的阐述,来提出瞑眩反应系统化构建的必要性和深远意义.以便能更好地把握疾病的进退,指导医生对疾病做出预判和符合疾病发展规律的处理,减轻患者药后相关瞑眩反应的恐惧感,为临床的诊疗提供一定的参考.
Abstract
Starting from the concept of dizziness reaction,combined with the theory of the struggle between vital qi and pathogenic qi in traditional Chinese medicine,this paper analyzes and discusses the internal mechanism of dizziness reaction from three perspectives:the state of the body,the disease itself and the treatment method.Based on this,the necessity and far-reaching significance of the systematic construction of dizziness reaction are further proposed through the elaboration of the judgment,identification,treatment and education of dizziness reaction.In order to better grasp the progress and retreat of the disease,guide the doctor to make a pre-judgment of the disease and deal with the law of disease development,reduce the fear of the patient's related dizziness reaction after the drug,and provide a certain reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
