摘要
导气同精为《灵枢·五乱》中所载的针刺手法,"徐入徐出,谓之导气,补泻无形,谓之同精".历代医家对于"导气同精"有不同的理解.文章从《黄帝内经》出发,通过梳理隋代杨上善、金代李东垣、清代黄元御及现代不同医家对于"导气同精"的见解,思考"导气同精"的内涵,认为"导气同精"不是一种针刺补泻的手法,而是一种将逆乱之气导引顺治的针刺手法.临床中可将"导气同精"这一针刺手法运用于各种气机逆乱所致之证,并选用胸、腹、头、胫四气街局部的相关穴位进行治疗,为针刺临床治疗提供另一种治疗选择.
Abstract
'Daoqi Tongjing'is a acupuncture technique in Lingshu·Wuluan:'Creeping in and creeping out is called guiding qi,supplementing and draining intangible,and it is called the same essence'.Doctors of all dynasties have different understandings of'Daoqi Tongjing'.Based on Huangdi Neijing,this paper reviews the views of different doctors on'Daoqi Tongjing',thinking about the connotation of'Dayoqi Tongjing',and thinks that'Daoqi Tongjing'is not a acupuncture technique for reinforcing and draining,but a acupuncture technique for guiding qi.Clinically,'Daoqi Tongjing'can be applied to all kinds of syndrome caused by the disturbance of qi,and the relevant meridians of chest,abdomen,head and limbs are selected for treatment,providing reference for clinical acupuncture treatment.
