摘要
文章以络病学说为切入点,运用肺络构效理论创新总结肺络之结构特点和生理效能,肺络驱动全身各级组织响应肺脏调控的现代机制仍不明确,探索肺络构效理论现代内涵意义深远.肺气血屏障是肺泡与血液进行气体交换的执行场所,肺络构效与肺气血屏障乃肺脏体用合一的生动概括.系统梳理肺络构效与肺气血屏障在生理、病理方面的高度相关性,基于"肺络构效-肺气血屏障"指导肺络病临床诊疗实践,旨在拓宽肺络理论之内涵外延,为肺系疾病临床诊疗提供新的方法,为肺络病证治体系构建提供新的思路.
Abstract
Based on collateral disease theory,this paper innovatively summarizes the structural characteristics and physiological efficacy of lung collaterals by using structures and functions of lung collaterals.The modern mechanism of lung collaterals driving at different levels of the whole body to respond to lung regulation is still unclear,and it is of far-reaching significance to explore the modern connotation of structures and functions of lung collaterals.Lung blood-air barrier is the execution place for gas exchange between alveoli and blood.The structures and functions of lung collaterals and lung blood-air barrier are a vivid summary of the unification of lung construction and function.Systematically organizing the structures and functions of lung collaterals and the high correlation between lung blood-air barrier in physiological and pathological aspects.Based on the'structures and functions of lung collaterals-lung blood-air barrier'to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment practice of lung diseases,it aims to broaden the connotation and extension of the theory of lung collaterals,provide new methods for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of lung diseases,and provide new ideas for the construction of the syndrome and treatment system of lung collateral diseases.
