摘要
留针时间是影响针刺治疗效果的关键因素,但目前针刺临床工作者对留针时间缺乏量化,往往具有盲从性和随意性.《黄帝内经》对于留针与否、留针久暂有独到的观点.为明确针刺留针目的,理清留针意义,进一步发掘《黄帝内经》中的针刺文化内涵,文章从《黄帝内经》"刺有留离"角度出发,寻求其留针理论,探讨其留针依据,辨析其针刺留针的时-效关系及其对针刺精准医学的启示与指导.本研究可以为提升针刺临床治疗的精准性提供一定的理论参考.
Abstract
Acupuncture retention time is a key factor affecting the therapeutic effect of acupuncture,but the current acupuncture clinicians lack quantification of needle retention time,which is often blind and arbitrary.Huangdi Neijing has a unique point of view on whether to leave needles or not,and whether to leave needles for a long time.In order to clarify the purpose and significance of needle retention,and to further explore the cultural connotation of acupuncture in Huangdi Neijing,we start from the perspective of'Ci You Liu Li'in Huangdi Neijing,seek its theory of needle retention,explore the basis of needle retention,and discern the time-effect relationship and its effect on the duration of needle retention in acupuncture.The present study can help to improve the clinical practice of acupuncture.This study can provide some theoretical references for improving the precision of acupuncture clinical treatment.
