Quantitative and qualitative analysis of various components of Bushen Zhuangjin Decoction
Objective:High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was established for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of various active ingredients in Bushen Zhuangjin Decoction.Methods:Preparation of lyophilized powder:the water extract of the Bushen Zhuangjin Decoction was prepared and concentrated under reduced pressure to prepare lyophilized powder.HPLC analysis was performed on an Agilent EC-C18(4.6 mmx250 mm,5 μm)column.The mobile phase was water-acetonitrile with gradient elution.The detection wavelengths were 212 nm(catalpol),230 nm(pinoresinol diglucoside)and 240 nm(monoside,paeoniflorin,and hesperidin).The flow rate was 1 mL/min,and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results:The linear relationship of catalpa,morroniside,pinoresinol diglucoside,paeoniflorin,and hesperidin was good,R2≥ 0.9800,and the average recovery rates were 87.63%,94.11%,89.49%,86.80%,110.34%,respectively.In 1 g of Bushen Zhuangjin Decoction,the content of catalpa was 5.0010 mg,the content of monoside was 1.0340 mg,the content of pinerinol diglucoside was 0.0772 mg,the content of paeoniflorin was 0.4224 mg,and the content of hesperidin was 4.5980 mg.Conclusion:The method is feasible,sensitive,and suitable for the quality control of Bushen Zhuangjin Decoction.
