基于五行时空探讨《辅行诀脏腑用药法要》大小补泻汤组方规律

中文摘要：自《辅行诀脏腑用药法要》现世以来便受到了学界广泛的讨论及研究,有着较高的学术价值,其大小补泻汤的组方配伍规律别具一格,但艰深晦涩.五行时空是一个具有系统性、全息性的时空模型,能够诠释时空运动变化的轨迹.五行时空蕴含着中医天人合一的思维,而大小补泻汤与五行时空亦有着密切关系,故笔者基于五行时空从"天-人""药-人"演用模式对大小补泻汤做进一步诠释,并以肝病方为例具象探讨其组方规律.

外文摘要：Since the publication of The Key to the Use of Auxiliary Techniques for Visceral Medicine,it has been widely discussed and studied in the academic community,and has high academic value.The formula and compatibility rules of its large and small tonifying and reducing decoction are unique,but difficult and obscure.The time and space of five elements is a systematic and holographic spatiotemporal model that can interpret the trajectories of spatiotemporal motion and changes.The time and space of five elements embodies the thinking of the unity of heaven and human in traditional Chinese medicine,and the Big and Small Tonifying and Reducing Decoction is closely related to the time and space of five elements.Therefore,based on the time and space of five elements,the author further interprets the Big and Small Tonifying and Reducing Decoction from the'Universe-Human'and'Medicine-Human'performance models,and takes liver disease prescriptions as an example to explore its composition rules.
