国医大师刘尚义"膜病理论"在盆腔炎性疾病后遗症中的运用

摘要
"膜病理论"是国医大师刘尚义结合多年"疡科"经验,守成创新,引西润中,在辨证论治的基础上形成的横向认识疾病的方式,并将该理论引入妇科临床诊疗,认为盆腔炎性疾病后遗症属于"膜病"范畴,"痰瘀"为其核心病机.在治疗中刘老遵循"肤膜同治"之思路,首重循经辨证,善于经方活用,治从"肝肾两经"入手,痰瘀同治,疏通膜络,并配合风药与虫药搜剔伏邪,同时注重顾护正气,调理肝、脾、肾三脏,能有效改善炎症及粘连、缓解慢性盆腔痛、防止疾病复发.
Abstract
'Membrane disease theory' is the TCM master LIU Shangyi combined with his years of'dermatology'treatment experience,and the combination of tradition and innovation,use Western medicine to enrich traditional Chinese medicine,on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment,formed a horizontal way to understand the disease,and the theory is applied to the treatment of gynecology disease.LIU Shangyi believed that the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease belonged to the category of'membrane disease',and'phlegm and stasis'was its core pathogenesis.The treatment follow the idea of'same treatment of skin and membrane',and the first emphasis is to follow the Syndrome differentiation of meridians and collaterals.LIU Shangyi is very good at the flexible use of classic prescriptions,for the treatment of the disease from the'liver and kidney two channels',treating phlegm and blood stasis together,dredging the membrane,and combining with wind medicine and insect medicine to search and expel hidden pathogen,paying attention to the care of qi,regulating the viscera of liver,spleen and kidney.This treatment can effectively reduce inflammation and adhesion,relieve chronic pelvic pain,and prevent disease recurrence.
