国医大师洪广祥从"肠腑通则肺不壅"辨治肺系急症经验

摘要
国医大师洪广祥教授基于中医经典理论"肺与大肠相表里",深入剖析了大肠腑气不通在肺系急症中的关键作用,强调了腑气阻滞对肺脏功能的不良影响.文章系统总结了"肠腑通则肺不壅"在肺系急症中的的辨治理念,并提出"釜底抽薪"以通腑泄浊为主要治疗手段,旨在疏通大肠,消除阻滞,使肺气得以宣降.同时酌情佐以理气开郁、软坚涤痰、补泻兼行3法,确保治疗的针对性和有效性,实现肺肠同治,从理法方药上丰富了肺系急症从肠论治的中医内涵.
Abstract
The TCM master HONG Guangxiang,based on the classical theory of'the lung and large intestine are interconnected'in traditional Chinese medicine,profoundly expounds on the significance of unimpeded qi in the large intestine for exacerbating acute pulmonary conditions.He systematically summarizes the diagnostic and therapeutic principles of'unobstructed intestinal function ensures unimpeded pulmonary circulation'in acute pulmonary diseases.Additionally,he proposes the strategy of'removing the firewood from under the pot'with the primary therapeutic focus on promoting intestinal flow to eliminate turbidity.This aims to alleviate the obstruction of qi in the large intestine,ensuring unhampered pulmonary function.Simultaneously,he judiciously incorporates methods to regulate qi,resolve depression,soften hardness,dispel phlegm,and combine supplementing and draining techniques.This multifaceted approach aims to achieve the simultaneous treatment of the lungs and intestines.Enriched the traditional Chinese medicine connotations of treating pulmonary conditions from the perspective of the intestines in terms of theory,methodology,and herbal formulations.
