"填精化气法"的中医内涵和应用思考

摘要
当今之世,以酒为浆,以色为常,以名利劳其心志,以熬夜劳其形体,日加克削,暗损肾精.而当今之病,十有九虚,有生来带虚者,有七情内伤之虚,有六淫外感之虚,治实者易,治虚者难,治虚者当培其根本,澄其源而流自清,灌其根而叶滋荣."填精化气法"是徐书教授独创治疗疑难疾病的大法.其理论基础是"肾为先天之本""人体之精藏于肾"以及"肾为五脏六腑之本".文章依据《黄帝内经》《伤寒论》中相关内容,探讨精、肾精与肾气之间的关系,阐述"填精化气法"的基本原理,并根据临床实践归纳出4个常用经验方,解析"填精化气法"治疗肾精亏虚的辨证要点,总结肾精亏虚临床表现,使用"填精化气法"治疗反复发作性口腔溃疡、高血压病、喘证、食道癌、消渴病等,为同道提供参考.
Abstract
In today's world,people often indulge in alcohol,pursue sensual pleasures,labor their minds with fame and wealth,and strain their bodies through staying up late.Over time,this gradually depletes their kidney essence.Nowadays,nine out of ten illnesses are related to deficiency.Some people are born with a constitutional weakness,while others suffer from emotional or external pathogenic factors that lead to deficiency.Treating excess is relatively easy,but treating deficiency is challenging.In treating deficiency,it is essential to cultivate the root cause,clarify the source,and ensure that the flow remains pure.By nourishing the roots,the leaves will thrive and grow vigorously.'The method of filling essence and transforming qi'is a unique approach created by professor XU Shu to treat difficult and complex diseases.Its theoretical foundation is based on the principles that'the kidneys are the foundation of congenital constitution','human essence is stored in the kidneys',and'the kidneys are the root of all the internal organs'.This article explores the relationship between essence,kidney essence,and kidney qi based on relevant content from Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine.It elaborates on the fundamental principles of'the method of filling essence and transforming qi'and summarizes the clinical manifestations of kidney essence deficiency.Furthermore,based on clinical practice,four commonly used empirical prescriptions are summarized,and the key points of dialectical treatment for kidney essence deficiency using this method are analyzed.The article also discusses the application of this method in treating recurrent oral ulcers,hypertension,asthma,esophageal cancer,and diabetes,providing a reference for peers in the medical field.
