基于"血寒积结胞门"理论论治卵巢癌

摘要
文章以《金匮要略》"血寒积结胞门"理论为基础,根据卵巢癌的发病特点和病变规律,阐明"虚、积冷、结气"是卵巢癌的初始病机,"寒凝血瘀"是卵巢癌的关键病机,"阳虚毒结"是卵巢癌的直接病机.在治疗方面,应当以温阳散寒、化瘀解毒为卵巢癌基本治则,可在温经汤基础上酌情选用理气、活血、解毒、利水、扶正等法,综合治疗卵巢癌.
Abstract
Ovarian cancer is a common malignant tumor of female reproductive system,which seriously endangers women's life safety.'Blood cold accumulated nodes door'from the Synopsis of Golden Chamber,outlined the occurrence and development of female related diseases of the total pathogenesis,is still of important guiding significance to the treatment of ovarian cancer in modern traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the relevant discussion in the'golden treasure'.This paper proposes that deficiency,cold,depression is the initial pathogenesis of ovarian cancer,cold and blood stasis obstruction is the key pathogenesis of ovarian cancer,yang deficiency and poison knot eventually lead to the direct pathogenesis of ovarian cancer.In terms of treatment,should be to warm the yang,dispelling cold,removing stasis and detoxification as the basic treatment of ovarian cancer,can be based on the Wenjing Decoction to select the principle of regulating qi,activating blood circulation,detoxification,water,supporting the normal,comprehensive treatment of ovarian cancer.
