摘要
文章基于《黄帝内经》标本中气学说,从三阴三阳联系开合枢理论,阐明了肝肾之间的生理病理联系,基于"肝肾同源"理论进一步完善了对"肝肾同源于精血"的认识,结合"补肾生肝"治法及肝硬化发生的中医病因病机,从全新的角度探讨了肝硬化可从肾论治,探讨了从肾论治肝硬化的内在机制,将进一步丰富中医传统理论对现代难治性疾病的认识,为更好地理解肝硬化的发病机制及治疗提供一定参考,烦祈同道斧正.
Abstract
Based on the theory of root cause and medial qi in Huangdi Neijing,this paper expounds the physiological and pathological relationship between liver and kidney from the theory of three yin and three yang.Based on the theory of'liver and kidney homology',this paper further improves the understanding of'liver and kidney originated from essence and blood'.Combined with the treatment of'tonifying kidney and generating liver'and the etiology and pathogenesis of liver cirrhosis in traditional Chinese medicine,this paper discusses the treatment of liver cirrhosis from the kidney from a new perspective,and discusses the internal mechanism of treating liver cirrhosis from the kidney.It will further enrich the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine theory on modern refractory diseases,and provide some reference for better understanding the pathogenesis and treatment of liver cirrhosis.
