摘要
目的:探讨深圳人群脏腑虚实与五运六气天时的关系.方法:采用独立样本T检验和单因素方差分析方法对深圳某中医院治未病中心的经络检测资料进行回顾性研究.结果:2020年至2022年间共纳入经络检测资料513例,其中男性196例(38.2％),女性317例(61.8％);三伏天采集病例231例(45.0％),非三伏天采集病例282例(55.0％).结果显示,在庚子、辛丑、壬寅年期间,右侧手少阴心经、右侧手少阳三焦经、右侧手阳明大肠经、左侧手太阳小肠经、左侧足太阳膀胱经、双侧足太阴脾经、双侧足少阳胆经经络值差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);在三伏天采集的数据较非三伏天,左侧手阳明大肠经、左侧手太阳小肠经、左侧足太阳膀胱经、右侧足厥阴肝经、右侧手少阴心经、双侧足太阴脾经经络值差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:庚子、辛丑、壬寅年岁运、司天及伏天等因素对脏腑功能产生影响,从而引起脏腑偏虚或偏实的病理情况.基于运气天时因素对患者脏腑健康进行指导,对深圳人群未病防治有积极意义.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship between organ deficiency/excess and the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in the population of Shenzhen.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on meridian detection data from the Health Preservation Center of a Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Shenzhen,using independent samples t-test and one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA)methods.Results:A total of 513 cases of meridian detection data were included between 2020 and 2022.Among them,there were 196 male cases(38.2％)and 317 female cases(61.8％).Out of the total cases,231(45.0％)were collected during the three dog days(periods of intense summer heat),while 282 cases(55.0％)were collected during non-three dog days.The results revealed statistically significant differences(P＜0.05)in the meridian values of the right side hand Shaoyin heart meridian,right side hand Shaoyang Sanjiao meridian,right side hand Yangming large intestine meridian,left side hand Taiyang small intestine meridian,side foot Taiyang bladder meridian,both sides foot Taiyin spleen meridian,both sides foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian,during the years of Gengzi,Xinchou,and Renyin.The data collected during the Dog Days of Summer showed statistically significant differences in the meridian values of the left hand Yangming Large Intestine meridian(P＜0.05),left hand Taiyang Small Intestine meridian,left foot Taiyang Bladder meridian,right foot Jueyin Liver meridian,right hand Shaoyin Heart meridian and bilateral Zutaiyin Spleen meridian.Conclusion:The annual cycle of Gengzi,Xinchou,and Renyin,as well as factors such as seasonal changes and intense summer heat(dog days),have an impact on the functions of the organs.Providing guidance on organ health based on the influence of these factors on the patient's overall well-being holds positive implications for preventive and therapeutic measures in the population of Shenzhen.
