脑卒中恢复期患者气虚质与疲劳和认知功能的相关性研究

摘要
目的:探讨缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者气虚质与疲劳状态和认知功能的相关性.方法:选取2021年2月—2022年8月就诊于上海中医药大学附属岳阳中西医结合医院的缺血性脑卒中恢复期气虚质和平和质患者进行疲劳及认知评估,通过偏相关分析探讨气虚质评分与多维疲劳量表(MFI-20)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分及不同子领域得分的相关性.结果:共纳入137例患者,其中气虚质47例,对照组平和质90例,偏相关分析结果显示,气虚质评分与MFI-20总分及5个子领域均呈正相关(P＜0.01),而与MoCA总分及注意力呈负相关(P＜0.05).结论:缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者中气虚质与疲劳及认知具有相关性.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation between fatigue state,cognitive function and qi-deficiency constitution in patients with ischemic stroke during convalescence.Methods:The fatigue state and cognitive function of patients with ischemic stroke in the convalescent phase of either qi-deficiency or harmonic constitution were assessed in Yueyang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine recruited between February 2021 and August 2022.Partial correlation analysis was employed to investigate the correlation between qi-deficiency score and Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory-20(MFI-20),Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)scores,as well as different sub-domains scores.Results:A total of 137 patients were included,including 47 patients with qi-deficiency constitution and 90 patients with harmony constitution in the control group.Partial correlation analysis results showed that qi-deficiency constitution score was positively correlated with MFI-20 total score and its 5 sub-domains(P＜0.01),while it was negatively correlated with MoCA total score and score of attention(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The fatigue and cognition of patients with ischemic stroke iduring convalescence are correlated with the score of qi-deficiency quality.
