中医临床辅助诊疗平台的研究现状及应用前景分析

摘要
构建中医临床辅助诊疗平台,能够更好地为中医药现代化发展"赋能".文章首先回顾了中医诊疗智能化的研究背景以及发展历程,从辅助诊断和辅助决策两个方面系统梳理了中医临床辅助诊疗平台的研究现状,从辅助基层诊疗、助力临床研究、实现健康管理3个方面分析了其未来的应用前景,并指出了现存的问题及挑战,同时对大数据和人工智能在中医药领域的应用进行了展望和总结,以期对该领域的研究提供参考和借鉴.
Abstract
The construction of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinical auxiliary diagnosis and treatment platform can better'empower'the modernization development of TCM.This article first reviews the diagnosis and treatment of TCM intelligence research background and development course.Then the research status quo of TCM clinical auxiliary diagnosis platform from two aspects of auxiliary diagnosis and aided decision system is combed.Finally,its application prospect in the future is analyzed,and the existing problems and challenges from auxiliary and help clinical diagnosis and treatment,research,health management three aspects are pointed.At the same time,the application of big data and artificial intelligence in the TCM field has been prospected and summarized,in order to provide a reference for the research in this field.
