Discussion on differentiation and treatment of comorbidities in traditional Chinese medicine from compound pathogenesis
Based on the current social background of aging population and the continuous improvement of material living standards,the comorbidity of multiple diseases is common in clinical practice.However,clinicians often ignore the overall understanding of comorbidities when they adopt separate treatment methods.Through the pathogenesis,the evolution law of the occurrence and development of the disease can be grasded as a whole.For comorbidities,the internal correlation and common factors between different diseases can be found,so as to predict the development trend of the disease and reverse the disease.The compound pathogenesis theory is based on the generative holistic view of'qi monism',which has a high generalization significance for many ancient and modern pathogenesis theories.
