Influence of'Xu Xing Hu Hua'on development of Xuanfu originated from Huangdi Neijing
Xuanfu originated from Huangdi Neijing and has been expanded by later generations.Recently,Xuanfu in Huangdi Neijing attracts raising concern from the field of traditional Chinese medicine.From the perspective of development,Xuanfu and its later development have a deep origin in Taoist thought.Therefore,it is one of the important ways to restore the original purpose of Huangdi Neijing and the development of Xuanfu in later generations by analyzing the theory of'Xuanfu'in Huangdi Neijing and LIU Wansu from the perspective of Taoist thought in the five dynasties and the Northern Song dynasty.'Xu Xing Hu Hua',raised by TAN Qiao in the Five dynasties,is a further development of the concept of life in Huangdi Neijing,which has a pivotal influence on the development of Xuanfu in later generations.This paper retraces the development of the Taoist concept'Xu Xing Hu Hua'to Huangdi Neijing in the early Northern Song dynasty,and discusses the influence of'Xu Xing Hu Hua'on LIU Wansu's Xuanfu,so as to provide a reference for the development of the contemporary Xuanfu theory.
