摘要
傅青主临证助孕,尤重燮理阴阳."阳予之正,阴为之主"源自《黄帝内经》,阐述了天地万物赖阳和以发荣,得阴主而长养之道.基于此分析《傅青主女科》中《种子》《妊娠》《小产》三篇之理法方药,将其助孕之学术特色总结为:"种子"予阳,阳正其气乃布种;安胎益阴,阴成其质而长养.进一步探究其遣方用药时,重温补心脾肾以"予阳",暖胞宫之气而无燥烈之弊;常滋补肝脾肾以"益阴",成胎元之质且无凝滞之虞.同时,傅青主重视阴阳互济之道,剂量轻重得宜,使阴阳相资而生化无穷.据此可管窥其种玉寿胎之临证机要.
Abstract
FU Qingzhu emphasizes the application of the method of regulating yin and yang to assist conception.The phrase'yang enables growth and yin provides form'originates from the Huangdi Neijing,which elucidates that all phenomena in the celestial and terrestrial realms are engendered by yang and nurtured by yin.Based on this rationale,this article analyzes the treatment methods and specific Chinese medicines in three chapters of FU Qingzhu Nvke:Impregnation,Pregnancy and Miscarriage.It summarizes FU Qingzhu's academic theories and endeavors in assisting conception as follows:when conceiving,replenish yang qi to facilitate embryo implantation;when gestating,nourish yin and blood to support embryo development.Furthermore,FU Qingzhu's prescriptions are characterized by when replenishing yang qi,tonifying the functions of the heart,spleen and kidney without causing dryness,while when replenishing yin qi,nourishing the liver,spleen,and kidney without inducing stagnation.Additionally,FU Qingzhu attaches importance to the principle of mutual rooting between yin and yang.The dosages of Chinese medicines are carefully adjusted so that yin and yang can mutually promote endless growth without encountering difficulties during conception,pregnancy and birth.
