从《黄帝内经》刺法到三才刺法

摘要
国医大师程莘农院士改良的"三才刺法"在临床上具有取穴少、得气感强、疗效好的优势,文章归纳《黄帝内经》《标幽赋》《金针赋》等古籍中的多种刺法,将其分为"天""人""地"三部,探究三才刺法的源流及发展;结合现代刺法的临床应用及研究,从配穴、针刺深度及行针手法等角度阐释三才刺法的应用.提出三才刺法通过刺激多层次及多部位,从而激发机体多系统联动以获得更佳疗效.
Abstract
The three-level acupuncture methods improved by professor CHENG Xinnong,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,have the advantages of fewer acupoints,stronger sense of qi acquisition and better clinical effects.This paper summarizes a variety of acupuncture methods in ancient books such as Huangdi Neijing,Biaoyou Fu and Jinzhen Fu,and divides them into three parts:heaven,human and earth,exploring the origin and development of three-level acupuncture methods.Combined with the latest clinical application and research of acupuncture method,explaining the application of three-level acupuncture methods from compatibility of points,needling depth and needling manipulation.Coming up with a hypothesis that three-level acupuncture methods can stimulate multiple levels and parts of the body,thereby stimulating the interaction of multiple systems of the body to obtain better curative effect.
