"辛以润肾"理论内涵新释及其在肾系疾病中的运用

从《素问·脏气法时论》"肾苦燥,急食辛以润之"出发探讨"辛以润肾"理论的内涵与在肾系疾病中的阐发运用.提出肾所苦之"燥"包含阴凝之燥和阴竭之燥,临床表现当灵活看待.通过梳理历代医家对"辛以润肾"理论的内涵诠释,进一步提出"辛以润肾"具体包括化气、助阳、调中、开郁、祛风5个作用环节,以调节肾中水液代谢、恢复肾中津液出入为核心旨归,并探讨了"辛以润肾"在糖尿病肾病、肾病综合征等具体疾病中的运用.
New interpretation of the theoretical connotation of'Xin to moisten the kidney'and its application in kidney diseases
Starting from the theory of'kidney bitterness and dryness,rushing to eat Xin to moisten it'in Suwen·Zangqi Fashi Lun,this paper discusses the connotation of the theory of'Xin to moisten the kidney'and its application in kidney diseases.It is proposed that the dryness'of kidney pain includes the dryness of yin coagulation and the dryness of yin exhaustion,and the clinical manifestations are diverse and flexible.Combing the connotation interpretation of the theory of'Xin to moisten the kidney'by doctors in the past dynasties,it is further proposed that'Xin to moisten the kidney'specifically includes five functional links,such as resolving qi,assisting yang,regulating middle energizer,relieving depression and dispelling wind,with the core purpose of regulating the metabolism of water and fluid in the kidney and restoring the entry and exit of body fluid in the kidney.The application of'Xin to moisten the kidney'in specific diseases such as diabetic kidney diseases and nephrotic syndrome were discussed.
